Sections of the deskbook can also be cut and inserted into your documents, and forms can be downloaded for your use. The LinkedLaw Deskbook is for your personal use only. LinkedLaw contains copyrighted information and other protected information. Under no circumstances may you obtain any commercial or other unauthorized use by posting, retransmission, distributing, copying, sharing, reselling or any other material from LinkedLaw, except as permitted by copyright law or any other law. The compilation of all content in LinkedLaw is the exclusive property of Minnesota Continuing Legal Education and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The LinkedLaw Deskbook subscription period is one year from the date you submit your payment information by credit card. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Your subscription doesn`t automatically renew, but you can extend it at a discounted price if you extend it within the specified period.
